New Product Announcement!

We’re beginning to get our marketing information ready to send out and should have things fully out there by the end of November. It makes fantastic ice cream, which is obviously the main goal, but it is simple to use as well. Two good points. How does it stack up against something like a soft-serve machine? The product is way better, but a continuous freezer can never be as easy to use as a soft-serve machine. The product is far superior, but it is less convenient.
Convenience is everywhere nowadays, from tapping to pay to groceries being delivered so it is an area of focus for us. Will we ever trade convenience for the quality of the product? No. Ultimately, we believe that consumers will always migrate back to the highest quality products they can afford, and our customers do sell the best ice cream out there.
We have started working on Series 4 already. Our focus is always to make the machines better
– whether that is in reliability, ease of service, ease for the operator but also ease of manufacturing as that drives cost (and ultimately price) down. But, as I mentioned, product quality will not be compromised for convenience. In the drive for convenience in our lives, we’ve gone away from the personal touch in so many ways. In many cases, it hasn’t made life better, trading a few minutes for a more sterile experience. It isn’t right that we trade away the quality of the product as well.
