I like what I do for a living normally.

I

like what I do for a living normally. There are some days and times that are incredibly taxing (now, for example as we hurry to get our customers equipment that has been delayed for primarily Covid-19 related reasons), but overall it’s a fun business to be in.

Frozen desserts have had a decent year overall – it’s a fun, family friendly treat that doesn’t break the bank – something that everyone needs in 2020. However, like most industries, there have been a lot of closures – some temporary and too many permanent with an unknown number to come. The messing around in Washington DC doesn’t help and it would be nice to see our elected leaders actually leading the electorate instead of doing whatever they’re doing – I have no idea what to call it other than incredibly disappointing.

The worst days at work are when we’re told one of our customers is closing for good – thankfully that happens rarely but it still a sad day. To that end, if there is anything we can do to help, whether you’re a customer or not, please let us know. We may be able to find you a part to keep your custard machine going, give you a marketing idea to help increase sales or save you money on a piece of equipment.

If there is any way we can help, please know that we will do our very best to do so. Give us a call and let us try to help.

With best wishes,

Tony
